Sponsor Registration Form
Complete this form if you wish to be a Sponsor for the Reason Fore Hope Golf Classic. The level of sponsorship are:
- Platinum = $2,500: Platinum sponsors will automatically qualify for a team of four players and first priority of tee time (a.m. or p.m.), and a designated hole where you can display your company banner and promotional material. You are responsible in providing your own tent, representative, banner and information. Recognized at the awards dinner. If a team is formed, you may eligible to deduct $1,500 off your taxes. If no team is formed, the full $2,500 can be claimed.
- Gold = $1,000: Gold sponsors qualify for two players on a team and for advertisement on a shared, designated hole where you can display your company banner and promotional material. Sponsors are responsible in providing their own tent, representative, banner and information. Full tax deduction of $1,000 with no players or $600 from taxes if players attend.
- Silver = $500: Silver sponsors qualify for one player on a team. Silver sponsors receive the full tax deduction of $500 with no players or $300 from taxes if a player attends. Sponsors will be recognized at the awards dinner on a group sign.
- Product Sponsor = Product sponsor donates a non-monetary gift, for example: beverages, prizes, etc. The tax deduction will equal the fair market value of the product. Sponsors will be recognized at the awards dinner on a group sign.
Note: Sponsors forming a team or requesting player(s) must also complete the Team Registration Form.

The tournament will be advertised on radio station Mile High Sport's, AM 1510, with emcee, Gil Whitley. Air time is Noon to 1:00 p.m. Gil will promote the tournament and the sponsors supporting it. Select this page to view the list of sponsors.
